Working with a highly collaborative and professional team, ensuring that our clients get the very best

For more than 15 years I have been a HR consultant and a sport psychologist, conducting coaching sessions, creating and conducting trainings (workshops) in the area of self-development and soft-skills. Also, I’ve been encouraging creation of desirable climate and culture in different organisations in Croatia and abroad. I’ve gained a lot of experience in human resource management and consulting (training/educational workshop, coaching, HR selection process, psychological assessment of teams and individuals, HR system and procedures setup, team-building, mediation, etc.). I truly love and enjoy working with people and their organisations, noticing the potential for their growth and work on the process of boosting growth mindset.
The area of my expertise are soft skills trainings from motivation, communication skills, stress-management, leadership skills to the psychology of negotiation, presentation and time-management skills.
I’ve gained my master’s degree in Psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social sciences in Zagreb and my PhD degree on the topic of mindset at the Faculty of Kinesiology. For many years I have been teaching communication skills and psychological techniques courses at several faculties (Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Croatian Studies, Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Primorska in Slovenia). Currently, I am a guest lecturer at the University of Coventry in Great Britain.

In addition to working in the field of human resources, I’ve got many years of experience working with top-level athletes and organizations (Croatian Olympic Committee, Croatian Olympic Academy, FC Dinamo Zagreb and FC Hajduk Split). I was brought there, among other things to set up the system of psychological preparation and support.
I am a founder and a team leader of the Croatian Association of Sport Psychologists and invited member of the FAST group (international group of sport psychologist working with elite athletes).

Since I like to share knowledge and experience of good practice I’ve written numerous professional articles, scientific papers and two books.
