Trainings
As a part of the educational program, we offer several topics. According to our agreement, other topics in the field of interpersonal skills and personal development are possible. Each topic can be presented on a basic or advanced level as a half-day, one-day or two day training.
Before the final schedule of the workshop, we will adjust the content of the module to suit your specific needs (orientation meeting with the client during the preparation phase is desirable).
In our approach, we use a lot of practical examples, experiential learning and role-playing. We also encourage an interactive approach with lots of discussions and analysis. Our goal is that the participants gain practical knowledge and skills that they can use in everyday business and private life.
Each participant receives practical materials from the workshop.

Coaching
Coaching encompasses a whole series of processes of supporting, encouraging and empowering individuals (and teams) to reach the full potential faster and easier. A coach guides and accompanies a person exploring their strengths and weaknesses, their potential and new possibilities. A final purpose of every coaching is empowering the client for continued, independent development.
At the beginning of the coaching process the coach, coachee and sponsor (usually coachees superior) together define specific coaching goals they would like to achieve at the end of the coaching process.
A coaching cycle usually includes 6-12 sessions in duration of 90 minutes. At the beginning and at the end of the cycle, a joint meeting with coach, coachee and sponsor is organized.

Assessment centres
Psychological assessment includes the following:
- Extensive psychometric testing of employees (a battery of psychological tests). Testing is carried out individualy or in the group for about 3 hours.
- Interview with the employee (60 to 90 min.)
- Group (or individual) tasks which include diverse activities of case studies, role-play, problem solving scenarios and presentations.
- Oral presentation (feedback) of the psychological assessment (profile) to the employee. The employee learns about his psychological profile, which is very detailed, and receives specific feedback on his own strengths and weaknesses, as well as a professional explanation of them.
- Oral presentation of the psychological assessment to the client. In this step, the client receives a detailed profile of the employee, as well as a proposal for specific sugestions for the further development of the employee in order to improve his performace (Individual Development Plan).
- Written report on the employee’s profile (for the client)

Mental Training
Mental training helps the athlete to get herself/himself in the right state of mind for optimum performance. Process of mental preparation includes self-awareness, management of stress, focus enhancing techniques and other practical techniques as visualisation, energy control, mindfulness etc.
In our practical work with athlete, we also use a bio-feedback technique.
